Roundtrip Airport Transfer Shuttle

- After exiting your aircraft, follow signs to baggage claim.  The airline concourses are connected to the main terminal via an elevated tram. Exit the tram and follow the signs to baggage claim.

- Once you arrive at the main terminal, pass the security area, continue to follow signs to baggage and then take the escalator or elevator down to baggage claim on level 2.

- After you claim your luggage, go to the Mears Motor Shuttle service counter.  You will see the Mears locations on level 2 baggage claim and on level 1. We suggest that you take the escalator or elevator from baggage claim to the level 1 Mears Service counters.

- The level 1 service counter location is inside the building behind the bottom of the escalator or directly across from the level 1 elevators.

- Simply present your shuttle pass to the Mears representative and they will direct you to the appropriate shuttle staging area outside level 1. Upon exiting the main terminal building on level 1, present your shuttle pass to the Mears representative on the commercial vehicle curb.

- The Mears representative will direct you to the appropriate motor coach or shuttle van. The driver will load your luggage and take you to your hotel.

NEXTEL FANZONE / Pre-Race Pass - Not only to do get closer than ever before with your NEXTEL FANZONE ticket, the Pre-Race Pass also allows fans to walk across the track surface, over the grassy Tri-Oval area and onto Pit Road during Pre-Race activities. Once you have reached the pre-race area, the possibilities are endless! There is typically pre-race entertainment, such as a band for your enjoyment. Often teams will be staging cars, and setting up pit stalls. Pre-race activities normally include driver introductions and other special events that you can take in.

Pre-race passes do not allow access to the garage area, NASCAR regulates the garage area and admission is limited to teams, sponsors, owners, media and officials. For safety reasons Pit Road may be limited when teams begin staging cars for the starting line up. Tram service to and from Pre-race is available for Superstretch ticket holders and handicapped guests. Handicapped guests should locate an area supervisor to request transportation to Pre-race, please allow ample time for transportation to arrive. (NOTE: Superstretch tram service from Pit Road will be discontinued 11/2 hours prior to the start of the race). Daytona International Speedway cannot guarantee what will take place and what you will encounter during Pre-race. This is to be used as an overview of what a typical pre-race event might include.

Pre-race access is TRACK SCHEDULE AND WEATHER PERMITTING.

A grandstand or infield admission ticket for the same day is required to access NEXTEL FANZONE. DAYTONA 500 FANZONE includes a Pre-Race Pass & does not allow access to garage area. No Age Restriction or Dress Code.

PARTY ZONE - If you have tickets to any of the Speedweeks 2006 events, the Party Zone is the perfect way to make your visit to Daytona one you will never forget. The Party Zone is a climate-controlled pavilion, filled with a fun, festive environment with continuous food service, unlimited sodas and water and a driver autograph session! Available for Frontstretch and Superstretch ticket holders. The Party Zone is located on the Frontstretch of the Speedway. Guests with Superstretch Tickets will be able to enjoy the Party Zone with tram service from the Superstretch. 

Party Zone Includes:  Admission to the Party Zone Pavilion*; Continuous Food Service with Hors d'oeuvres and Dinner buffet; Unlimited sodas and water; Four (4) drink tickets for beer (21 & over only with valid ID); Driver Autograph Session with select NASCAR Celebrity for Q&A session and/or autograph session; Souvenir Gift; All in a fun, festive environment with music, games and door prizes

GREEN FLAG CLUB - The fun filled Green Flag Club is a climate-controlled pavilion sure to add excitement to your weekend at the races!  The Green Flag Club is the perfect hospitality option for race fans that already have tickets for the Daytona 500, but are looking for a fun and entertaining pre-race experience. Available for Frontstretch and Superstretch ticket holders.

Green Flag Club Includes:  Admission to the Green Flag Club fan hospitality tent and area from 7:30a.m. until start of race*; Continuous food service; Unlimited sodas and water; Plus, four (4) drink tickets for beer (21 & over only with valid ID); A cash bar will be available for the purchase of mixed drinks, wine, and additional beer; A NASCAR Celebrity appearance for Question & Answer session; Souvenir Event Program and Souvenir Gift; Admission to DAYTONA USA; All in a fun, festive environment with music, games and door prizes; Pre Race/NEXTEL FANZONE Access Pass (Weather and Track Schedule Permitting)

SCANNER RENTAL – RELM 200 Alpha scanners with 200 channels are pre-programmed for easy use. They feature the driver’s names in the display window and have a splitter allowing two headsets to share one scanner. You can hear drivers, crew chiefs and race officials as well as radio and TV commentary.
